Pig Lane
This original ramshackle home had portions dating to the late 1700’s and had been previously owned by a hoarder. After stripping the interior down to the rough-hewn beams and removing some floors, a bright kitchen and double height dining area with a yoga loft above was crafted. With the authenticity of the original structure exposed, decidedly contemporary finish materials, lighting and glazing were sensitively knit into the fabric of the historic timbers.
A new addition with bedrooms and a media room on the ground floor, with an elegant living room on the main level, a dining terrace and a planted roof deck made for a multi-level home of exquisite refinement. The brilliant white stucco finish seamlessly ties old and new wings together.
